Become a buddy 

To support the contact between the exchange and local students we introduced the Buddy System.

As an exchange student you’ll get a student from Bern as a mentor, who will help you at the beginning of your stay in Bern, answer you questions and give you advice. It’s also a chance for you to get your first local friend and insights to the Swiss culture. Plus, a mentor can be a nice chance to make your start in Bern much easier.

To get a mentor, fill in the form. It can take some weeks until we find a mentor for you.  You can also register anytime throughout the semester. Please also indicate your arrival date and in what city and campus you study. Once we’ve found your mentor, we’ll contact you.
